We recommend giving us details of your pet in your comments during the initial contact.

After scheduling a time it’s time to meet a pet sitter. During this time of the meet and greet, the pet sitter will introduce themselves and ask questions about your beloved pet to ensure that we are able to personalize our care for your pet.

While during this consultation we will get your pets’ information and another information we need. You’ll also accept our terms of service during this time as well. Your sitter will give send you a link to your email for your personal petsitter dashboard were you can schedule and manage bookings.

Once you have login into your account you can now manage and schedule bookings with us. From this dashboard you will be able to receive daily report cards during your booking to ensure the happiness and safety of your pet.
